The Paratransit MDC System

The Latest In Touch Screen Technology At Your Finger Tips

A new era of computer technology has emerged to advance paratransit driver productivity to a higher level. Mapping, GPS, color coding, continuous time display, easy message handling, and other features of the GreyHawk Paratransit MDT System are designed to simplify and reduce driver's administrative tasks.

The  GreyHawk Paratransit MDT System replaces the printed driver manifest and is a tool that allows a driver to efficiently communicate in real time with a dispatcher during the route.  The system uses computer technology in the vehicle to step the driver through the completion of each trip on the route and simultaneously transmit the results of the trip back to dispatch.

Voice radio traffic is dramatically reduced as intuitive color coded screens guide drivers through their routes.  This new freedom allows them to concentrate on their main objective of transporting passengers safely, comfortably, and courteously to their destinations.

  • 8 Trip lines displayed with scrolling.
  • Multiple PickUp/DropOffs are recognized at a glance by the Blue/Red colors.
  • Trip insertion and cancellation alert by flashing (blinking) the trip line.
  • The touch of a button accesses maps, mail, or more details about a customer.
  • Resembles the printed route manifests used with manual systems.
